Why work with me?
I take each day as a blessing and an opportunity to fearlessly put myself out there and live a fruitful life - I'm here to help you do that too!
"Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."

Hello there!
I'm Nicholle Lui Montevalde. I was born in Hong Kong and came to the UK in 2017.
I always wanted to help others make a difference in the world and have an indelible influence on society.
But I never knew where to start.
I always told myself, after I finish my full time education, everything will work out. I'd make a difference someday ... just not today.
now, as a Certified Professional Coach, I have invested my time into this industry because of its undeniable impact on people's lives.
I've made the leap to live a fearlessly fruitful life and You can too!
I am fiercely committed to empowering the youths of today to live empowered, abundant, and successful lives alinged to their clarity of vision, determination, responsibility, and prosperity.
My passion lies in you! In your potential, your imagination, your creativity to make your own mark on society.
about me ...
My life is dedicated to the glory of God.
Without His blessings, grace, mercy and peace I would have never have become who I am today.
May all honour, glory, and praise be given to Him.
I'm a soon-to-be undergraduate student studying Education at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom whilst serving as the General Secretary of the United Nations Association Youth Platform (UK).
I've always known that I was blessed. I was given a second opportunity in life when my family supported my decision to study in the UK. In those days as I grew up in Hong Kong, I had the wrong mindset- and failed most of my subjects (I only really passed subjects that were examined in English). I was a very academic child, but I naturally gravitated towards English, and seemed to be inbued with a natural incompatibility with the Chinese language- which was obviously a massive issue.
When I came to London to study at a state-school, I had no idea what sort of community I was joining. Slang was a mini barrier I had to jump over, and gosh the dark humour and sarcasm I had to understand was time-consuming. But my time here has also been amazingly fruitful, and has pushed me to grow in directions I could've never imagined.
I couldn't believe my grades at GCSEs- by the grace of God and the support of my teachers and peers, I was awarded 9 9's(A**) and a 7(A). My secondary experience was accompanied by multiple awards and musical performances- I was awarded the Jack Petchey Outstanding Acheivers Award and performed in places like Oxford University and the Crystal Palace Stadium. But this all changed when I got into sixth-form.
Stepping into Year 12 late 2019, I experienced a lot of familial and societal stress. When we went into lockdown in 2020, my mental health deteriorated so much that I was sent to A&E and put on hormonal medicine to regulate my emotions. I experienced extreme burnout, and when I went into Year 13, I couldn't face my A-Level mocks- I achieved E, U, U.
My best friend literally ripped up my results paper.
The time of recovery was one of the hardest in my life. Until today, I am still in awe of the powerful and consistent prayers I received- the grace of God is abundant beyond our understanding. I also realised the importance of self-awareness, self-regulation and support systems.
After 8 short months (mostly spent in lockdown), I opened my A-Level results, hands shaking, at my front door. By God's mercy, I achieved A*, A, A.
As I'd skipped the application to University, I knew I was going to take a gap year, and got a job at my secondary school as a tutor, which somehow morphed into a visual impairment teaching assistant (long story). I learned braille, cane skills, VI support software and a hundred different skills related to working with students from Year 7 to Year 13.
This gap year changed the direction of my life. I got into Cambridge, represented the UK in multiple global summits (all held online!), became a Global Schools Advocate (under the Global Schools Network, and initiative of the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network), worked with amazing cohort of SEND students, and became a cat sister. I'm now working on a couple of other projects, including a musical based on advocacy.
And I ultimately- in this gap year, I discovered life coaching.
After working with the amazing Drs Simon and Trish, I became a Certified Professional Coach, and am now working with clients like to, as I work towards an ICF accreditation.
And now, I am determined to empower the youths of today to live a Fearlessly Fruitful life!
